When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 1 pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 4–7 working days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on UK orders over £100. For smaller orders, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in resellable condition and in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We pack everything carefully, but if something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email kinerishomes@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Why does my item look slightly different from the photo?
Many of our pieces are made from natural materials such as marble, travertine, mango wood, rattan and terracotta, or are finished by hand. Natural variations in colour, grain and texture are part of their character and make every piece unique.
How do I care for my pieces?
Wipe stone, ceramic and glass pieces with a soft, damp cloth. Keep wood and rattan dry and away from direct heat. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and trim wicks before each use.
